Ethan is a Charnock Richard resident and is campaigning to represent the area on Chorley Council.
With a strong background of community activism, Ethan leads the Cubs at Charnock Richard Scout group and is regularly at the centre of village events. He works for a local family business.
And as somebody passionate about keeping the area rural, Ethan wants to take a pragmatic approach to development. We need housing policies that work for local people - not the same failed policies that risk concreting our green spaces for good.
